For making an MRI booking, it is a 2-step process.

Firstly, the research team will book the date and time (Form A, scanner availability check). Your request will then be accepted or declined by the admin team. Once accepted and your placeholder is put on the MRI calendar, you need to fill in the participant details (Form B). This is in conjunction to the sequence lock, and both parts must be completed before a scan can be confirmed.
