“Success is not the work of one, but the work of many”

Holly Williams

2024 Intern

Holly is a fourth-year psychology student completing a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Canterbury. Originally from Gisborne, she enjoyed a rural upbringing filled with sports and time spent at the beach. Her own experiences with concussion injuries have fuelled her passion for improving the diagnosis and treatment of concussion patients, highlighting the immense need for research in this area. Holly is dedicated to enhancing mental health outcomes for all and aspires to combine her passion for mental health with the transformative impact of workplace interventions through IO psychology. This summer, Holly looks forward to joining Mātai, where she will deepen her understanding of the critical role research plays in improving the health of our community.
