Luke is heading into his second year of engineering at the University of Canterbury and is excited to be interning at Mātai this summer. He plans to specialise in Electrical Engineering and has always been fascinated by how things work, especially technology that helps us better understand humanity. This is Luke’s first time interning at Mātai, and he’s keen to gain practical, hands-on experience in a real-world setting. He’s looking forward to learning as much as he can from the team at Mātai and contributing positively to both the organisation and the local community through his research project. Luke is excited about the opportunity to grow his skills, explore new ideas, and make the most of his time at Mātai as he works toward his engineering goals.
